Healing and Health

19 Nisan 5780 | April 13th, 2020
Translated: 18 Tishrei 5782 | September 24th, 2021

I started writing this article sometime last year. It's a bit hard to put into words what I'm trying to share, without going too deep into the material. That's why it took me a long time to write it. But considering what is going on in the world right now (Corona/COVID-19) I feel obliged to finish this article and share it with you and I will also include the Corona pandemic in it. First, I have to say that I am surprised that being sick is considered normal in this current society, but all the stops are pulled out when an unknown disease appears for which there is no vaccine. And all to protect our elderly and weak. If you read this article, you will notice that I have a different view on being sick, not to mention on healing. I also see it as cause and effect. Yes, also the Corona hype of today. There are people who think that God, our Creator and Father brought this disease in the world as a punishment. No, “cause and effect” is not a punishment, it is an admission. A Creator of Love doesn't punish, He allows.

Cause and effect

Ever since I was a child I was often concerned with cause and effect. In the first place, why a person treats someone else badly. I never understood that, and I wanted to understand it. I observed a lot, how someone behaved, how someone interacted with another person, etc. Now I still do. I am not someone who makes friends quickly, I first wait to see what happens next. But this story is about healing and health, where behavior by the way (emotion) does play a role. I'm trying to dig deeper here and I'm not doing that on a worldly/psychological level, but from a religious point of view. Gradually you will notice that I see a big difference between that.

Now since 2001/2002 I have become a believer and have immersed myself in this. Before this I was more of an atheist, but I did had some interest in the paranormal. I never pursued this further, except for a few visits to a paranormal meeting, were paranormal people uses their skills to help others. In 2012 I went through my back, purely by negative emotion. I had been suffering from my back for weeks before that, but when I came home and wanted to throw something in the trash, it seemed as if a muscle had snapped. After stumbling briefly, I lay on the ground and could not get up anymore.

The cause had to do with work. I was assigned work that I had just said farewell to a few years before; Sales. I have a sales degree and I was an assistant manager in a shoe and clothing store. But because I came to a different doctrine through faith than that of psychology (which is the worldly doctrine of communication and self-development) I gave up sales. I have also been an assistant manager purely by practicing practical psychology, of which I had a book that I borrowed from my father. More on this later as an explanation for the difference psychological thinking and practicing versus spiritual thinking and practicing.

After that I gave up this negative emotion by looking for and eventually finding another job. After that it went better and better, but it didn't go away completely. Via faith I was pointed to a certain form of cause and effect, which I will discuss in detail later on and which is also the reason for this writing. But first I will continue with this introduction. The result is that I no longer have back problems, except when I have to deal with too many negative emotions. Then I feel the same pain coming back at the bottom of my back.

Here we have 1 cause of getting ill or having complaints: emotion. And precisely emotion cannot be measured by science. How often do you hear of people who have complaints, but where no demonstrable cause can be found in the body? Often the complaints are labeled as 'between the ears'. There is also an explanation for this, which I will come back to later when I go deeper into the subject.

There is no point in curing someone if the cause of the disease is not brought to the surface. People who don't concern themselves with the cause can get the disease again, even if it takes years. For the life of such a person does not change, because he sees the illness as a detrimental coincidence, without thinking about the possible cause of the illness. The way I see it, this is also the problem with medical science. They explain many diseases as a problem in the body that is hereditary or as 'unfortunately'. It can happen and sorry to say, unluckily it has happened to you. But what science can't ignore, is that a disease does have a cause. Unfortunately, with many diseases they don't know what the cause is and therefore they can't find a cure for that particular disease. Only relief/postponement.

Heredity in my eyes consists mainly of the fact that family members have the same traditions, the same way of life and therefore the same cause and effect. (With some people more than with others of course.) I am talking about diseases that develop during the years. Of course, you also have hereditary diseases at birth.

Actually, you can describe the cause of getting sick in 1 word: nutrition.

Nutrition

After all, nutrition is not just what you eat and drink. It's everything that you take to you or come to you. Emotion is therefore also nutrition, which can be both positive and negative. But nutrition is also what you eat and drink. Now many people think that the current diseases are mainly caused by polluted air, chemical pesticides and so on. Yes, that certainly doesn't help. But I also want to look at other possible causes. The first thing I want to look at, is what the Bible tells us about food. Of course, we can't ignore Moses, although in general the Christian doctrine (as it is presented nowadays) says otherwise.

That's why I want to go deeper into this, because why would our Creator first give us food laws, and then dissolve them? Biblically speaking, there is still something to be said about this, so let's take a closer look at it.

Food laws

If you look at it scientifically, then it is complete nonsense what has been passed on via Moses. Because man only needs vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates. (And of course, water). This is also in foods that are forbidden according to the food laws of Moses! So why should we adhere to food laws?

However, you may ask yourself why these food laws were passed down through Moses? At least, the believers among us might wonder this. Pagans don't, because they have nothing to do with faith. Yes, their own scientific faith. If it has nothing to do with what our bodies need, what must it be about? Has anyone ever thought about that? I want to start with a text of Yeshua (Jesus) Himself, which is quoted many times to indicate that the food laws no longer apply. I am quoting from Mark, but the same is also found in Matthew.
Mark 7:18-23

And He said to them, “Are you also without understanding? Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside is unable to defile him, because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purging all the foods?” And He said, “What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil reasonings, adulteries, whorings, murders, thefts, greedy desires, wickednesses, deceit, indecency, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. “All these wicked matters come from within and defile a man.”

First, I want to point out that this is not about unclean food, it's about what's written in verse 2:

And seeing some of His taught ones eat bread with defiled, that is, with unwashed hands, they found fault.

Nevertheless, people who claim that you can eat anything have a point with the following sentence:

Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside is unable to defile him?

A small note here may be that the present human already gets sick if someone else is sick, even if it is only a cold. So, we are very much influenced what and how we ingest something! So, from that perspective, in my opinion, something else must be meant here.

I want to compare this with:
Paul

I just want to quote Romans 14 verse 14 from the Orthodox Jewish Bible:

I have da'as [knowledge] and am convinced in Adoneinu Yehoshua that nothing is tamei [unclean] beetzem (intrinsically), except that to the one who reckons something profane, to that person it is profane.

If you compare this to what Yeshua (Yeshua is an Aramaic branch of the Hebrew Yehoshua) said, you will see similarities. Paul: If someone from his/her heart considers something unclean, for that person it is unclean. Yeshua: what comes out of man, that defiles man. Because from within, from the heart of man, come forth evil thoughts.

Similar:
Luke 6:45

The good man brings forth what is good out of the good treasure of his heart, and the wicked man brings forth what is wicked out of the wicked treasure of his heart. For out of the overflow of the heart his mouth speaks.

I see it like this. The heart is a reflection. If your heart is unclean, you cannot consider something outside your heart as pure, but always as unclean/profane. Love does not regard anything as impure, but as contrary to the order of love. You only have a pure heart when it is completely in love. When someone is 1 with Yeshua no impure words come from his heart but pure words and therefore everything is pure. In essence/basis everything is pure but from an unclean heart nothing is pure. Only for people who aren't one with Him yet and therefore aren't completely pure in heart, for those people it is unclean! And therefore, also the food...

This is something to think about because no one can say they are pure in heart and yet many, especially Christians, say that for them nothing is unclean and so they can eat whatever they want and ignore the commandments of food because they are not for us. Yeshua has 'ransomed' us. How I see it, that is a wrong interpretation of what is said. You can also interpret it differently. For those who want to follow the path He walked, as well as those who truly repent for their sins, they become free of sins. The committed sin/violation of the given commandments, however, remain the same until one realizes that he/she is sinning and does not sin anymore. Then salvation is possible, not before. And this is possible because He has taken all sin upon Himself. This was not so in the first covenant. You were simply cut off from the pure tribe if you had sinned heavily. Mild sins had to be offered to the High Priest. This is the bridge that Yeshua built for sinners. He is the High Priest.

Other thoughts that everything is pure for us:

  1. It only applies to the Israelites. Yes, the Bible does say that this particular people has been set apart and must be holy. Therefore, they are not allowed to eat unclean animals. But even then (and even more) you can ask yourself why it is unclean for the Israelites to eat food that is declared unclean via Moses? And I can't find an answer to that anywhere, except that God declared it unclean for the Israelites, so it is unclean for them. Why this is unclean, nobody thinks about that. An Israelite is exactly the same human being as any other human being. The food comes in the same way, as does the digestion of it. No difference at all. And besides, aren't we all destined to become holy?
  2. Obedience. But then the following question comes to mind: would you, as a parent, give your own child a rule that is not based on anything, just to test how obedient your child is? If you have love for your child, you cannot say "yes" to this, can you? Our Creator's love for us is far greater than our love for our children can ever be. What was another law? Yes: "Do not bear false witness against your neighbor". This is the ninth commandment, given through Moses. How can God, our Creator and Father give this commandment through Moses, to give food laws through the same Moses that in no way endanger our health? Is that not giving false witness, which He has forbidden? Or are there people who actually see all the commandments through Moses as dissolved? So, you can steal, murder, commit adultery, speak evil, etc.? No, you still may not. But what is possible is that if someone has not kept these commandments, which is acting against charity, and that person sees their mistake, corrects themselves and does start keeping charity, then they are forgiven. You can think for yourself that the sacrifice of Yeshua does not mean that everyone can act against charity and expect to go to heaven. If this thinking is clear and simple for everyone, why is the same logic not present in the food laws? That is a double standard. We choose what is good for us. This can also be described in another word: self-love. The commandments stand for love of neighbor and God. So, they are given for a pure and important reason, just as all commandments are given for love. Self-love is not love; it is ego.

So, if you are 1 with Yeshua everything is clean. If you are not, then not everything is pure and for your own health you better keep to the food laws. That is a very short translation of what I think is written here. And by the way, if you are 1 with Yeshua you don't think about eating unclean food because then you know why it is called unclean.

Being in unity / Rebirth

Being in unity with Yeshua is not only believing in Him. If you look at the conversation of Yeshua with Nicodemus (John 3), then you read that Yeshua also says here that he must be born again in the spirit. Nicodemus believed in Yeshua and knew the Scriptures from A to Z, but that was not enough. Another example is Matthew 19:28, where Yeshua says to the apostles, that after they have reached rebirth, they will also sit on the 12 thrones. These apostles had been with Him day in and day out for some time and had left everything for Him. Yet they had not reached this rebirth. This only happened after the resurrection from the dead of Yeshua. Now people may point out that rebirth can only be attained after the resurrection. Yes, they do. A big reason Yeshua came to us was the impossibility of this unity in love of the people of that time, because of the sins that could not be redeemed. But the path to this rebirth is and remains the same! Paul also hammered several times on the importance of purity in the heart, which is the only path to rebirth. Through love and acting in love comes knowledge and unity, just believing is not the same and therefore not enough. Now undoubtedly there will be people pointing at Paul who indicates that believing is enough. Paul is the great example for Christians to clarify their position and a stumbling block for people who continue to believe in keeping the (food) laws. But it is also said about Paul that he is the most misunderstood apostle. I don't want to say that I understand him, but I do have an opinion about him. Example, Romans 3:26-31:

It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. Then what becomes of our boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? By a law of works? No, but by the law of faith. For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law. Or is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since God is one—who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

The sentences I have underlined, I want to clarify, because what does Yeshua Himself say about faith in Him?
Matthew 7:21-23

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many works in your name?’ And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.

As you can see, Yeshua does not make faith alone a condition of purity and thus ripe for the kingdom of heaven, but only those who do the will of the Father. (Love.) At the end He literally says that those people are workers of lawlessness. And of course, this can be interpreted for those people who only use His Word to gain earthly treasures for themselves, which is a selfish law of self-love and not of love. Still it remains that love is the only condition, working in love. So not only by believing. Here is another example:
James 1:22-24

But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like.

This faith Paul speaks of is a true faith of action, not of hearing. The first underlined also says 'law of faith ', so as an instruction. That is not only hearing but acting. And if you act according to the law of love, then you confirm the law, because it is love. If you don't live according to this law of love, then your heart is unclean and we are back to square one, as I have said before:

... no one can simply say that he/she is pure in heart and yet many say that for them nothing is unclean and so they can eat whatever they want and ignore the commandments for food because they are not for us.

See again the 10 commandments Yeshua ratified as most important in Matt. 22:34-40:

But the Pharisees, having heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, were gathered together, and one of them, one learned in the Torah, did question, trying Him, and saying, Teacher, which is the great command in the Torah? And יהושע said to him, " ‘You shall love יהוה your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your mind.’ “This is the first and great command. And the second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbour as yourself.’ On these two commands hang all the Torah and the Prophets.

Because if you take the 10 commandments, you yourself do not want to be robbed, do not want to be murdered, do not want your partner to commit adultery, do not want to be spoken evil about you or give false testimony, etc. Don't do to another what you don't want to be done to yourself! Love your neighbor as yourself. Love of God above all else may hopefully be clear.

I could cite many more examples, also from Paul, but that would be at the expense of the topic of this article. For this article, the examples given are enough to think about, so I will continue with my story.

So again; you may ask yourself why those food laws were given through Moses?

Added value of food

Well, this is where it gets interesting, for food does have more than just the previously mentioned scientifically known value. Just as a person with complaints does not always get to know the cause, because the doctors cannot see it, measure it and determine where the complaint is coming from, similarly there is more to food than science indicates, both in a positive and negative sense. To explain this better I would first have to give attention to what man is made up of, also from a biblical perspective.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 from OJB:

And now Elohei HaShalom [the God of peace] wholly set you apart as Kadoshim [Saints] and may your whole ruach [spirit] and nefesh [soul] and basar [flesh] be preserved without blame at the Bi'as HaMoshiach Adoneinu Yehoshua [Comming of Our Lord Yehoshua The Messiah].

Man does not only consist of matter/body, but of body, soul and spirit. (Biblically speaking, spirit is number one, then soul and finally body.) And here lies the difference between scientific medicine and spiritual medicine. Science focuses only on the body, for they know nothing of a soul, let alone a spirit. To make the spiritual factor understandable from this point of view, I will give a comparison where science is looking into and provided with their knowledge and where the spiritual begins.

If you take an apple and cut it in half, you can already see the differences. What science is doing, you can compare with the peel of the apple. The soul can be compared with the fruit of the apple. It gives the form of the apple and consists of another substance than the peel. And the spirit, the infinite as image in every human, is the seed/pit. Why the seed? Simply, put that poor little seed in the ground and it has the potential to produce an infinite number of apples, because from that seed an entire apple tree will grow with apples that all have the same seed. The greatest power lies in the smallest. The greatest love is in humility. The least and simplest among us will be the greatest. The circle is complete.

Thus, you see that the Teaching of the spiritual is opposite to that of the world. (Psychology.) However, you can use psychology to explain the workings of the spiritual. How? Simple, psychology and mainly practical psychology is the generation of temporary love. Suppose you have a kitchen sink with lots of dishes. When you generate a temporary enthusiasm for the dishes, you will notice that you finish them without loss of energy. This shows you that love (of which enthusiasm is a form) is a very powerful tool for getting things done. The same goes for job applications, marriages and other things that you can achieve easily and quickly with practical psychology, by adjusting and arousing your love for them in the right way. This is however temporary, because if you look at the kitchen sink after a week when it is full again, the sense of washing dishes will sink in again, until you arouse that temporary love-enthusiasm for it again. Or look at a colleague who can speak well in a job interview and maybe in the beginning does his/her job reasonably well, but soon you find out that it was all talk. And this is true for everything, including marriages. Take a good look around you. With spiritual love it is exactly the other way around, because this is no temporary love. Therefore, you can't awaken this love in the same way, even though I see this being tried by various religions that are very outward looking. How you can generate spiritual love is purely keeping the commandments of love, meaning the 10 commandments and the 2 Yeshua mentioned.

And now we come to the main topic.

Light

Why is this the main topic when this is about healing and health? Biblically, it is indicated that light is life. John 1:4. Read John 1-10 completely and it will become clear that light is life.

In Him [Word] was life, and the life was the light of men.

Light is everywhere, but light itself moves about 300,000 kph a second and therefore moves so fast, that we only can see light when it slows down, is refracted or reflected. Refracted can easily be done with a prism, reflected can be seen on earth and in the night at the stars. Slowed down, in my view, to matter. Explanation follows, first another example.

Illusion

You often hear the term from pagans and atheists: "God is an illusion". Funny. Why funny?

I'll take a green leaf as an example. Why are they green? Because the chloroplasts absorb the blue and red from white light and use them for photosynthesis. The green color is not absorbed, but is reflected, which is why we see the leaf as green. Red, blue and green are the primary colors of sunlight and in their combination, in their complete mixing in all the colors that arise from them, you get white light. Sunlight on a white wall also reflects all colors and therefore gives a bright white beam of light. On the other hand, a black object absorbs everything. That is why white and black are not separate colors.

These 2 examples already show that what we see is just an illusion! You think you see a green leaf, but what you see is the reflected green light from the leaf. Just searched on google for the definition of illusion:

An illusion is an apparent reality or an incorrect idea of reality. The image that someone has of reality is based on their perceptions through the senses and the processing of these signals in the brain. Illusions are therefore based on incorrect perceptions of real external stimuli.

Matter: slower light frequency

Isn't that great? To return to why I see matter as light with a lower frequency, the following. Once, when I worked as a junior salesman at an optician's, I got a booklet about the way of seeing. It also contained something that is very useful and interesting for this article, namely the following:

However, it turns out that each substance can only absorb radiation of certain wavelengths that are characteristic for that substance. For example, a red substance mainly absorbs the blue light from conspicuous (white) light. The unabsorbed red light reflects from the substance to our eye.

How is that possible?

Matter is made up of identical molecules, a molecule is made up of atoms.

It is simple, how can light transport information from a particular substance to our eye, if the matter is not made up of identical molecules? That's impossible. You can make something, create something with the resources you already have and not with the resources that aren't there!

Light > information > nutrition

The difference between matter and light, is that matter is slower in frequency, in my opinion. An interesting detail in this story is, that it is described that every substance can only absorb radiation that is characteristic for that substance. And that is what you see in the many colors in flowers for example. Because from this, you can see that every kind of flower gets another energy from sunlight, because what it does not absorb, is reflected and we see it back as color. In the same way you can say that light is not only light, but also contains a lot of information, information that serves as food for all kinds of plants, animals and people. (Think for example only of vitamin D.)

What is the soul of man? The soul has the same form as the body and also consists of light, like everything else. A nice comparison is a ball. Without air in the ball, it cannot be called a ball. The ball can only be called a ball, when the air is blown in and forms the ball as it should be. (And God breathed His living breath into Adam.) If you take the air out of the ball, it will collapse again, just like a soulless body. This has not only to do with the slackening of the muscles! The soul is in light frequency higher than matter, which is why we cannot perceive it. The essence of light can be graded by means of vibration-frequency, or simply said, speed of movement.

*Cause and effect*

As said, light has a certain frequency, but also different colors, or better said, different properties-information. As described before, flowers get a certain information from light, what they need and what they do not need, that is rejected, and we see this rejection as color. And since there are many kinds of colors, light also contains a lot of information of different kinds. It is the same with humans and here lies the cause and effect of illness and healing. If a person gets complaints at a certain point, then at that point the light energy is reduced in the soul. At that point you miss a certain color that corresponds with a certain energy that you need at that point, to get the balance right again. Homeopathy also works a lot with natural products, because those products can add a certain color of energy that you need. However, a certain homeopathic remedy does not work equally well for every person. This has to do with the color range. If you take a product that adds for instance the red energy color, but your complaint is just a bit darker or lighter in that energy color range, it will not work for you, while the same homeopathic remedy can work for 100% for someone else with similar complaints.
In short, the way I see it, complaints and illnesses are caused by energy-light loss in our soul. But how is that caused? Nutrition. In food there is also light energy. A scientific term for this is biophotons. (So, it can be proven scientifically!) And this is nutrition that your soul needs. This is spiritual food. If the soul does not receive this nourishment, then the soul loses energy at a certain point, which the soul tries to get from the nerves of the body. The soul is therefore connected to the body via the nerves. (Ecclesiastes 12:6 underlined.)

… For man is going to his everlasting home, and the mourners shall go about the streets. Remember Him before the silver cord is loosed, or the golden bowl is broken, or the jar shattered at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the well, and the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to Elohim who gave it.

This is the only piece of bible text I can find about this, but this silver cord is in my eyes the connection of the soul with the body, also when you read the whole context this sounds logical. If the soul doesn't get nutrition at a certain point, then the soul will get the comparable from the nerves at that point. Since the body itself must also be maintained in its parts, the deficiency in the nerves, caused by the lack of nourishment for the soul, will be taken out of the blood by the nerves again. When that happens, you get all kinds of different diseases, depending on what is taken out of the blood and from what part of the body. This is why, in my opinion, doctors can detect many diseases from blood samples. Until a certain disease is noticeable and visible on the body, there is already a whole process going on. If it becomes visible in the blood, doctors can diagnose it, but if the problem is still only on soul base or at the beginning of nerves, then often not. The complaints can be already noticeable with the person himself. This is because the soul of the human being is what feels, smells and tastes, not the body. The body only serves as a means to catch and pass on external stimuli. Where did I get this thought? Think of people who have had an amputation, they still feel those parts. Scientists explain this by brain-phenomena (that the brains still think that those parts are there). But how can you feel a stimulus that is not externally brought on? In my opinion that is only possible if that part still is there, but then body-less. External matter cannot stimulate a soul part, it goes straight through it, like we also move straight through light without feeling resistance. But material stimuli are not the only stimuli ... Think also of dreams or fantasies, that prove that the images you see, do not come from outside. And I could quote some more examples, but that would make this article unnecessarily long.

The health of the physical human being is therefore, in my opinion, entirely determined by the health of the soul. Yes, of course the body needs vitamins and minerals and so on. But if you eat food which is rich in nourishment which the soul needs, you will see that all the elements which the body needs are present in these foods. What is happening more and more nowadays, is that people are consuming food which contains many substances for the body, but the spiritual nourishment, the biophotons, are no longer present in modern food. Examples of this are:

  1. Frozen foods. Spiritual food equals heat. If you freeze a nutrient that does have biophotons in it, then freezing it will reduce them, even if you warm it up again afterwards. (Still searching for scientific tests that must exist, because I’m not 100% sure, but I did read it somewhere.)
  2. Microwave products. So much written about it by different people. In the microwave, biophotons are literally destroyed. Search the internet and you'll find a lot about this. So, I won't waste any more words on the microwave. And in my eyes, this is a very big cause of many diseases!
  3. Food that grows under the ground. Think of potatoes. These are even allergic to light! If a potato is exposed to light for too long, they produce a substance called solanine, which is toxic. Not exactly spiritual nourishment.

This is a small selection of foods that people use on a large scale every day. But everything is pure ... and still wonder why there are so many diseases today, incurable diseases and also physically deadly diseases.

Healing

Where there is a cause, there must always be a cure. And if the cause is food, then healing also has to be in food, right? In my opinion yes, and then especially food that contains a lot of light (biophotons) because this is food for the soul. What science does, is to soften the pain through the body, by destroying/removing cancer cells for example, painkillers, other medications that soften the pain, but do not offer a permanent solution. Whoever gets sick will not be healed so easily by science and have to keep taking medicine for the rest of their lives. Science extends the earthly life of a sick person but does not cure them. Because killing cancer cells completely and removing the tumor, can in no way be called healing! You can compare it with putting ice on a sore spot, which numbs the pain, but only warmth heals. By taking in a proper diet, the soul must first be restored by feeding it with proper nourishment, which restores the soul's light energy. Only when that has happened can the body be restored. Only the soul can restore the body. However, you can imagine, that if you take products which do not contain these biophotons, the soul will not be able to recover and that, even if you take a lot of medication, which only brings you a softening of the body, you will always continue to have the same complaints which, in most cases, are getting worse.

... by proper nutrition

Conclusion: In my opinion, the biggest cause of all kinds of diseases that are increasing dramatically, are incorrect nutrition in microwave food (they didn't have those in the past); frozen food to a lesser extent, but still, and, consuming food that wasn't created for us at all. Think of coffee, potatoes and other products that do not see the sunlight during their growth. Food growing in greenhouses is difficult to judge. The light does get through, but not nearly as pure as in the open air. Maybe you should compare them more with frozen foods. Green food was actually created for the animals.
Genesis 1:29-30

And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food. And to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the heavens and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food.” And it was so.

So, it literally says that we may eat the seed-bearing crops and seed-bearing tree fruits (wheat, beans, rice, apples, dates, etc.) All other crops and tree fruits that are not seed-bearing were not created for food for us, but for animals, according to the Word of God. There must be a reason behind this as well, just like the other food laws that were given. Why seed-bearing? The seed contains the spiritual-all-encompassing from which all comes forth. (See my earlier example with the apple.)

With seed-bearing foods you have direct spiritual nourishment. The fruit you eat is the first thing the germ/seed affects. The further a fruit develops and grows outside the direct presence of the seed, the less spiritual nourishment it will receive. This also corresponds to us as spirit, soul and body. The biggest difference between humans and animals, is this “three unities”. An animal has no spirit, it only consists of body and soul. So, an animal does not need nearly as much spiritual food as we do. In seed-bearing food there is more spiritual food. There is that similar infinity in it, what the seed is. The spirit in us is the image of God, the image of the infinite.

Just look at the diet of today's people. They consume more foods created for animals than foods given by God.

Coffee. The coffee bean itself is not seed-bearing, it is the seed itself. In the case of seed-bearing fruits or crops, people generally do not consume the seed itself.

Potato. It grows under the ground and is not seed-bearing itself. And they are allergic to light.

These are the 2 main products we consume nowadays.

Pork is one of them. As you know, this is not meat we are allowed to consume according to the Bible. Pigs also have almost no sweat glands, so waste products remain in the meat, and that is what we eat. By the way, did you know that pigs are bred for consumption? Add to these 3 main products the microwave and all the other chemicals and accelerated cultivation, and you can conclude that we do not consume healthy food.

A few more examples of what nutrition can cause, but also cure. Years ago, I suffered from trembling hands. Not always, but it could happen just like that. I searched the internet for causes of trembling hands. Stress, excessive use of caffeine and alcohol, but also a shortage of B12, so nutrition. Since I have been paying more attention to what I write in this article and therefor to nutrition, I no longer suffer from trembling hands, and I can calmly drink a glass/cup and hold it in one hand. I still like to get some chocolate milk from the vending machine at work and for a long time I didn't dare to do that, because of my trembling hands. Now it is no longer a problem.

Panic attacks in a busy bus. I got a job again after being unemployed for a while, but after a few months I started having panic/anxiety attacks during a bus trip and even in the hairdresser's chair. I wanted to get out and, if necessary, tap out a window to jump off the bus. I kept it up, by concentrating on other things, like my smartphone, but it wasn't fun anymore and especially not when I went to the hairdresser and had the same thing there. When someone is standing in front of you with scissors, a panic attack is the last thing you want to have ... So, I start to investigate. What have I been taking lately that's giving me this? I took in quite a lot of Smint candies at work for fresh breath. So, I find out what's in Smint and especially the sugar free ones, because unnatural sugars are not good. But then they invent something else, because there is a substance in it, of which I hear a lot of people complain on the internet that they have the same symptoms: Aspartame. So, I put it to the test and threw away all the Smint candies to see what would happen. And of course, the rest of the day I had to eat more pure food. I can tell you that after a couple of months I don't have any problems anymore and I can sit on a hairdresser's chair without any fear.

Imagine, if I were a typical worldly person who went to the doctor for every little thing, today I would be full of drugs and probably not even able to do my job normally. And why? Wrong diet.

I can say with certainty that in the last few years at work I have only called in sick for the following complaints:

  1. I ate something wrong and so am a frequent visitor to the toilet. 1-2 days sick. Last time happened June 2018, 1 day sick. (It is at the time of writing 22-11-2019.)
  2. Back pain due to stress at work. Happened once, a little longer ago, but also stayed home for 1 or 2 days.

Here you have the 2 biggest causes of getting sick. Emotion and nutrition. You often hear people say that being sick is part of it, part of life. No people! That is not part of life. Even a cold is an imbalance in your own light energy. Yes, I sneeze sometimes, but that is more because my love of dusting is not very great than it is because of a cold. I have to dig really deep into my memory of having had a really bad cold once and even being unable to work because of it (voice that stopped working - throat pain). Especially the last few years I don't suffer from this anymore, which is partly due to taking the right remedies when I feel something coming up: Substances that contain a lot of light. Or an evening of fasting food, but drink, which cleanses my intestines. It's really not wrong to do that. If your own light balance is good, you can better deal with an emerging problem. Think of it as follows: You are in a well-lit room, so that you can oversee everything well. Any detail that does not fit into that room, you immediately pick up and remove. On the other hand, if you're in a room that isn't well lit, then you won't see and recognize anything that doesn't belong in that room and it can go its own way in that room, with all its consequences.
